Usual format:

Two Hustle classes prior to the social:
Beginner 6:15-7:15 PM
Intermediate 7:30 – 8:30 PM 
Both are drop-in with no registration or partner required. Classes are taught by IHDA (International Hustle Dance Association) certified instructor. 

$12 for class(es) and dance
$8 dance only

Beginner class will emphases on Hustle technique via simple patterns. You will learn: proper frame & poise; factors of good balance; partner’s connection; understanding of common center; communication of lead & follow; proper footwork; dance positions; execution of pivots, turns and checks; keeping up with the speed of music speed and maintaining timing.

Intermediate class will include more advanced patterns from Bronze/Silver syllabus with emphasis on advanced footwork; execution fast turns and checks; arm styling; creating an elegant look which is distinctive for Hustle.

Saturday’s Latin Dance Party will be starting at 8:30 PM and running up to midnight. The format will be the same with Hustle, WCS, Salsa, Cha Cha, Bachata and more. Cost is $8 including one Hustle class or $12 if you’d like to take both classes.

Dances are preceded by lessons given by an ongoing rotation of instructors, and occasionally there are afternoon workshops as well.
