The 5th annual TOSHC weekend takes place the Sheraton Tornto Airport Hotel with over 30 hours of workshops, social dancing, and competitions in West Coast Swing and Hustle. Professional staff includes Mike Topel, Deborah Szekeley, Robert Cordoba, Beata Howe, Terry Roseborough, Maria Cirino, Billy Marti, Bill Cameron. Early Early Bird rate of $115.00 until March 31st to sit at one of my *GroovyBluesyJazzyFunky* tables.

Every Saturday from at Joy of Dance, 95 Danforth Ave., at Broadview, featuring a mix of musical styles, in a beautiful studio, with friendly, versatile dancers. Bring a partner or come solo! Yummy snack table, too 
Usual format:
Two Hustle classes prior to the social:
Beginner 6:15-7:15 PM
Intermediate 7:30 – 8:30 PM
Both are drop-in with no registration or partner required. Classes are taught by IHDA (International Hustle Dance Association) certified instructor.
$12 for class(es) and dance
$8 dance only
Beginner class will emphases on Hustle technique via simple patterns. You will learn: proper frame & poise; factors of good balance; partner’s connection; understanding of common center; communication of lead & follow; proper footwork; dance positions; execution of pivots, turns and checks; keeping up with the speed of music speed and maintaining timing.
Intermediate class will include more advanced patterns from Bronze/Silver syllabus with emphasis on advanced footwork; execution fast turns and checks; arm styling; creating an elegant look which is distinctive for Hustle.
Saturday’s Latin Dance Party will be starting at 8:30 PM and running up to midnight. The format will be the same with Hustle, WCS, Salsa, Cha Cha, Bachata and more. Cost is $8 including one Hustle class or $12 if you’d like to take both classes.

Lessons from 7:30-8:30pm
Dancing from 8:30pm – 11:30pm to West Coast Swing with some Hustle, Nightclub 2-step, Cha Cha, Country 2-step and Waltz.

It's worth the drive to Ancaster!- once a month - to attend these popular West Coast Swing dances at the Marshall Memorial United Church - 20 Gilbert Avenue, Ancaster ON L9G 1R4 - generously hosted by Elaine Royds (all profits go to church charities and general operating expenses). Dances are preceded by lessons given by an ongoing rotation of instructors, and occasionally there are afternoon workshops as well.
